The teen football player from Steubenville convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl at a party two years ago is back on the football roster. 18-year-old Ma’Lik Richmond was released in January after serving a year in a juvenile detention center. Fellow teen, Trent Mays, was also convicted in the case, but is still in jail with a two-year sentence. The case gained national attention after the New York Times picked up the story, and some of the acts were posted onto social media, and cellphones and tablets were taken in the case to see the photos that documented some of the acts. As of Monday Richmond was back on the football roster in the Ohio town.
