Tough day to be J.T. Barrett
OSU quarterback J.T. Barrett and his ex-girlfriend were part of a domestic dispute Tuesday night, according to a Columbus Police report. Police were called to his off-campus apartment at 11:30 p.m. last night after Barrett called and reported that his ex-girlfriend, Alexandria Barrett-Clark come to his house and refused to leave.
Barrett-Clark also called the police and reported that Barrett had choked and flung her across the room. Darryl Baldwin, senior offensive lineman and Barrett’s roommate, was home at the time. He told officers that he was “upstairs and heard arguing but did not see any type of altercation”.
At this time no charges have been filed and police reported no visible injuries after both parties refused medical treatment at the scene. An OSU spokesman says that the school is aware of the incident and is gathering information.
