Two years ago, the Columbus Blue Jackets weren’t exactly the stars of the city (ranked at no. 116 on ESPN’s Ultimate Standings), but coming off their best year yet, CBJ has hit no. 21. The rankings stack North America’s 122 sports franchises and the Blue Jackets topped stadium experience. “C-bus is bustling with excitement over its hockey team. The team’s affordability plays a big part in that, since watching hockey in central Ohio is easy on the pocket,” the site wrote, not to mention that the team finally made it to the playoffs, and the city took note.
