Alchemy Juice Bar, the lobby of Fitness Loft
Coinciding with the Sunday opening of Fitness Loft at the corner of Parsons and Livingston, the Alchemy Juice Bar and Cafe is ready to become part of the lobby for the gym. The owners, A&R Creative Group, who are the brain behind The Crest Gastropub, Ethyl & Tank, The Market Italian Village among others have done more than a bit of dabbling in the food biz, but this will be their first venture on the south side of town. “By having an on-staff registered dietician, Alchemy will intersect two of the fastest growing industries within the United States: The health-care and service sectors,” owner Abed AlShahal said, according to Columbus Underground. The menu is set to include hemp pesto, acai and other healthy options. Much of their menu items will come from their rooftop garden and a living green wall.
