Gluten-free gingersnaps earn local a spot in Pillsbury Bake-Off
Twenty recipe submissions later, Michele Kusma of Bexley, will be competing in the Pillsbury Bake-Off with her recipe for Chewy Gingersnaps With White Chocolate Drizzle. She is one of the top 100 contestants that will compete beginning Sunday in Nashville. Following that she will jet off to Vegas for the World Food Championships, which will consist of live cook offs between chefs.
