Flip Side at Easton is taking the phrase gourmet burgers pretty seriously. Beginning Wednesday customers can order a $350 burger chef Max Rice III has dubbed the “Queen Elizabeth,” as long as they give 48 hours notice. He’s already got an order for at least one and the item hasn’t even hit the menu yet. Making up the “Queen Elizabeth” is a patty created with house-ground Ohio grass-fed rib eye and porterhouse, along with duck fat and foie gras, according to Crave. Topping that is juicy lobster claw meat, caviar and edible gold flakes. Sound ridiculous? Or just ridiculous enough?
