Local chefs duke it out in Battle of the Pig
Two of the best known chefs in town, Chef Bill Glover of Gallerie Bar & Bistro and Chef Marcus Meacham of Kraft House No. 5, are set to duke it out in front of an audience Saturday at Independents’ Day. At 5 p.m. the chefs will create pork inspired plates for judges and the winner will be named King of the Pigs. The two will have ingredients from North Market and Berkshire pork.
