Ominous winter solstice forecast from Zauber Brewing Co.
Zauber Brewing Co. is releasing Ominous, an imperial Belgian-style stout, on Saturday. (Dec. 20). The beer will be available on draft at the Zuaber tasting room and at select establishments around Columbus. Owner Geoff Towne said, it’s the first “kick-in-your-teeth, attention-getting beer that we’ve made.”
With the winter solstice just around this weekend’s corner, it looks like the craft beer drinkers of central Ohio will be, as Towne notes, enjoying the “doom of winter” with this winter warmer.
