Stauf’s Coffee Roasters who originally were slated to open in late July in the North Market are set to caffeinate market goers this weekend. While they will be serving up their coffee, not all of the decor is set and in place just yet. The menu board has yet to come up as well as some fixtures, according to Columbus Underground. “We had to move the roaster in before we could get some of those pieces put in place, but we really wanted to be open for the Ohio Craft Beer festival this weekend,” said Stauf’s president Mark Swanson, the site reported. The coffee makers will be roasting throughout the day to make sure that every cup and every customer are getting fresh batches. Down the line they will serve up Sammy’s Bagels, Destination Donuts and goods from Omega Artisan Baking.
