The Commissary creating a space for chefs, food

There is still so much to clean, install, and build before we open open but we got occupancy today and I wanted a cozier place to catch my breath. #buildingabusiness

The Commissary is a bit of everything, from event spaces, to a commercial kitchen, classroom, food truck space and even a brewery and a pop up restaurant. It’s a space for anything and everything food. The community kitchen is set to be used by local businesses from across Columbus from the start ups to the well-established names. It launched a successful Kickstarter and raised $47,000 and will officially open over the weekend with a block party. The Columbus Knife Fight Competition will be there for the party along with food trucks and tours.

The party is set for Sunday at 4 p.m. at 1400 Dublin Road for $55.
