Apparently White Castle is predicting it’s losing enough vegetarian customers because they simply don’t have options for them at the Columbus-based fast food chain. “It’s still in development, but we’re really intrigued by it,” company spokesman Jamie Richardson told Columbus Business First. “We try a lot of different things and sometimes you don’t get much of a response from customers, but this is one where we’re encouraged by our early returns.” White Castle is planning on rolling out the veggie burgers by 2015.
