Federal judge says no to Ohio’s trimmed voting time

As most everyone knows, Ohio is a swing state, and one of the states where it actually matters if you vote. With that in mind, a judge has blocked an Ohio law that is cutting down on early voting, according to ABC6. The Thursday decision came in a ruling for a lawsuit filed by a civil rights group. The group has been pushing the argument that the trimming of voting times was a disadvantage to low income and minorities voters. The judge clearly agreed with them. With the judge’s orders, voting is now set to begin Sept. 30.
