Gay marriage up for debate in Cincinnati courts

As state after state is pushed toward a decision on gay marriage, Columbusites have flooded Cincinnati’s city limits to show support or lack there as cases begin Wednesday. There are five cases being tried over a two day period beginning Wednesday, and two of those cases relate specifically back to the Buckeye state, NBC4 reported. Rallies have taken place on both sides of the argument, and two major decisions could come from the cases. The first could be states recognizing gay marriage on death certificates and the other would require states who don’t legally allow gay marriage (and all states for that matter) to recognize out of state gay marriages.
