Marriage equality ads air on Ohio TVs

Meet George and Henry. They are two older men, who are the faces of the first marriage equality TV ad in Ohio in a decade. Why Marriage Matters Ohio released the ad today that will run across Ohio’s cities beginning Wednesday and run through Aug. 6. The two men were married in New York last year and have been together for 50 years, according to the Dispatch. The timing of the ad was key, factoring in the Aug. 6 date the issue has with the Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
