Could a new district be on the rise in Columbus? Maybe. Former City Councilmember Troy Miller looked at how doable it would be to lump together buildings within a specific neighborhood and then create offices and resources for burgeoning entrepreneurs. Currently the idea would be to create a small area (two to six square blocks) that would be molded to be conducive to creating businesses. The neighborhoods in question for this area were the Short North, Franklinton and Downtown.
