If you’ve passed by the fair ground recently you’ve probably notice quite a few horses. Actually more than just a few. The Quarter Horse Congress has been at the fair grounds with shows, competitions and more since earlier this month. Thursday the All American Quarter Horse Congress signed a ten-year deal to keep the event in Ohio for the next decade. In 2015, their previous 10-year contract will expire and the event said that without added stalls they might find another venue. A 1,200-stall barn and pavilion will be added next year for the event.
