Grab the fireworks, bill could legalize them in Ohio
One lawmaker could make a lot of Fourth of Julys just a bit brighter, and Ohio Sen. David Burke is proposing a bill that would legalize fireworks. Many states have already made that step because of safer fireworks (although that may not account for some user problems). Burke believes that because the fireworks are currently illegal in the Buckeye state, many are more prone to purchasing goods that are faulty or mislabeled.
