OSU student remembered through scholarship fund

Friends and family of Stephanie Fibelkorn have announced plans to set-up scholarships in her honor to benefit future female Engineering and Math students.  The Ohio State student lost her life as a result of a terrible accident downtown last week involving a pick-up truck and a school bus.
