Ohio State, aka the grand land of the orange cones, is known for the construction that seemingly is simultaneously finishing up, starting and continuing across all of campus, and guess what. That money doesn’t come from no where. According to the Dispatch, students have been paying 4.2 percent more for housing than last year in order to off set the money spent on construction. The school is also asking Office of Student Life to cut their costs by $1.8 million. Current students are reaping the benefits of previous students annoyance, but are now facing similar costs for future projects.
