Second time’s the charm. Design firm suing CCS…again
Machisa Design Services, based in Reynoldsburg, is once again suing Columbus City Schools. The first time the firm sued the school system in a $41 million discrimination lawsuit which didn’t not go in their favor. They are hoping the second time is charm. This go round, Machisa is suing the CCS for defamation and have claimed that the school system made malicious allegations against the firm. In compensation, the firm is asking for $18 million.
