Speeding up the North Side Fix
The Transportation Review Advisory Council has voted to speed up work on the 270 / 315 interchange and the reconstruction of Route 23. Phase three of the work (dubbed as the North Side Fix) was set to begin in 2024, but, if given final approval, would begin next year. All work related to the project would be completed in 2017.
