Olde Towne East seems to be crawling back out of its slump and becoming the new cool place (or so they say). The neighborhood is now home to the Angry Baker, Yellow Brick Pizza, the Tavern, Upper Cup Coffee, and the AWOL bar and that’s just in the last four years. Many are now saying that since the housing crash, Olde Towne East is on the upswing again. Housing prices are rising, even from just last year and many are hitting the area to flip homes. According to the Dispatch a home that was worth $47,000 could be listed at $204,000.
