USA Today ranks college traditions, Bucks on the list
As college football comes to its final stretch of the season, fans’ spirits are high and traditions are going strong. USA Today ranked the best college traditions in college football, and no. 2 on the list is the infamous script Ohio and dotting the ‘i’ by the Ohio State Marching Band. “In 1936, trumpet player John Brungart was the first person to dot the “i” in the Ohio State Marching Band’s famous Script Ohio formation. A year later, sousaphone player Glenn R. Johnson swapped places with the trumpeter,” the article read.
