The Columbus research company has landed itself a deal with Obamacare for the next four years for $16 million. Battelle will be taking all the millions of bits of data that has been taken up, organize it, understand it and then use all that information (that would finally make sense) to improve health care. While working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Battelle will restructure and change the way the company stores its data, according to Columbus Business First. By doing this, Battelle will be able to see more clearly specific issues within hospitals and health care.
