Franklin County’s $1.4 billion dollar budget
Franklin County has approved a new $1.4 billion dollar budget for 2015. The budget includes more spending on law enforcement, including the addition of 11 new deputies, That request from Sheriff Zach Scott (now a candidate for Columbus mayor), met opposition from one commissioner, but was eventually approved.
