Kasich leading the polls against unknown Democrat
Governor John Kasich has kept up a steady lead against democratic opponent Ed FitzGerald, according to a poll released Wednesday. Twelve percentage points separate the incumbent and FitzGerald, which is nearly the same as it has been, according to the Dispatch. Even with FitzGerald’s first TV ad that was released last month haven’t closed the gap. It’s just 100 days to the election and a telephone survey done by Quinnipiac University (who conducted the poll as well) indicted that most still don’t know FitzGerald.
