Sobriety check planned for east side
Sobriety checkpoints were announced for Franklin county, Licking county and Logan county. The one set up in Franklin county is set to be at 4505 Refugee Rd. on the east side from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. There will also be amped up patrol in the area for any impaired drivers, according to the Dispatch. Tonight (and really every night) grab a designated driver.
