Blue Jackets snag sponsorship from PNC
The Blue Jackets (possibly because they are finally doing well) have snagged a multi-year sponsorship deal with PNC Bank. The deal will double up PNC and Huntington as the team’s bank. “Huntington is the only partner that can issue Blue Jackets cards; it’s more consumer-focused,” A.J. Poole, vice president of corporate development told Columbus Business First. “PNC is a bit more on business banking, personal-wealth banking.” The deal will get PNC commercial spots, scoreboard signs and branding on the team bench.
