OSU’s Evan Spencer takes no. 1 on NCAA top plays
Ohio State’s wide receiver Evan Spencer reached up and snagged a ball that pushed him into the no. 1 slot on the NCAA top plays. His touchdown catch had him reaching out to get the throw with one hand in the end zone during the game against Rutgers on Saturday.
