Tracy Sprinkle, who had pleaded ‘no contest’ in relation to his run in at the Grown and Sexy Lounge has been reinstated to the team, The Lantern reported. After practice Monday, coach Urban Meyer confirmed in a press conference that the redshirt-freshman defensive lineman had indeed been reinstated, but field time won’t come so easy for Sprinkle in the aftermath of his actions. Meyer will make him earn his spot again. His scholarship was lost over the summer, so Sprinkle will have to pay for his scholarship as well as do weekly community service among other “multitude of other things to take care of business before he’ll ever see the field,” the paper reported. Additionally Sprinkle will be suspended for the first game of the season.
