Sunday was a big day for the nearly 1,800 graduates at the Schottenstein Center. The summer commencement speech was given by former Interim President Joseph Alutto, who detailed a virtual tour of campus for the graduates. Of course, the speech included thoughts thrown to the future, and the potential the recent grads would have on the world. “Based on what we know, we know that deep in (the graduates’) hearts, truly in their DNA, they are open to embracing new ideas but accept accountability in reality,” Alutto said, according to the Lantern.
