Amber Vinson to be released, and is Ebola free
The nurse that sparked a bit of panic through Ohio has officially recovered from Ebola. Amber Vinson had traveled to Ohio the day before she began showing symptoms of the virus, which caused backlash from the community as to why the CDC had allowed her to travel at all. Tuesday though, she is slated to make a statement at 1 p.m. and is now the second nurse to have recovered from the virus. With Vinson’s recovery just one person at a US hospital is still being treated for Ebola, Dr. Craig Spencer, 33, CNN reported.
