Bill would get rid of time limit on rape cases

In Ohio, there’s a limit on how long it can take to charge a person of rape, and just last week a man left jail because it simply took too long to charge him. The case was tossed out because Ohio has a 20-year limit for making charges. Senate Bill 324 would knock out the time limit on charges if DNA evidence points to a suspect.
