Italian Village has seen its fair share of orange cones and dump trucks lately as the area is renovated with shops, breweries, restaurants and new housing. The latest project is set to construct ‘soldier’ homes at the corner of Summit and Second. The six homes will be carbon copies of each other and will be lined up “like soldiers standing in a row,” developer Connie Klema told Columbus Business First. Each home will have two master bedroom suites along with a one-car garage. Klema will break ground this week on the new set of homes.
