Moving a company away from its predominately white employee base probably wasn’t the easiest gig (or putting an end to historically elitist ways). Abercrombie & Fitch which had a not so lovely reputation of hiring mostly white workers brought on Chief Diversity Officer Todd Corley to do exactly what his title said: diversify. Under his leadership the company dropped from 90 percent white to 50 percent, according to Bloomberg, but Corley’s tenure at ending the elitist part of A&F has come to an end. It was announced he would be leaving the company to work on his own think tank.
