Chase looking to Cbus to figure out labor gap
Chase is hoping to find some answers about the labor gap in Columbus. It is one of eight cities to be studied by the company in hopes to find answers about the difference in skills a company requires and the skills an employee actually has. Through the study the goal is to find emerging industries with higher wages.
