Could this winter be more dry?
After last year’s down pour of snow during the polar vortex, most Ohioans are dreading the impending winter and what it could bring. Predictions though are saying it’s looking like it could be cold, but dry this go round. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Climate Prediction Center has predicted a drier than usual winter between December and January. How cold it gets though could go either way. “The polar vortex will probably pay us a couple of visits,” said Dave Samuhel, an AccuWeather meteorologist, the Dispatch reported.
