Early Tuesday morning police, then followed by a SWAT team were called to an apartment where a man stood outside with a gun, fired it in the air and then ran into the apartment, according to NBC4. The dispute that led to the police being called was apparently over a dog. The man, Cedric Harwell, would not leave the apartment and the woman and child who were in the home were able to get out. When it became apparent that he would not leave, the police called for the SWAT team who put up a barricade. It took about three hours for Harwell to leave the apartment and he was then arrested.
