Fox: Just kidding Kasich, you’re not hosting a show
Following his reelection, Governor John Kasich apparently got a call from Fox News chief Roger Ailes to congratulate him on the big win, and also to ask him to come back to the show, Kasich said. The Ohio governor has been on the new station before talking about rumors of his running for the presidency, and he jumped around a question by saying he would rather guest host “The O’Reilly Factor.”
Kasich then said that Ailes had asked him to host the show following his reelection…which Ailes said he was, well, just kidding. The call was more congratulatory than asking him to host.
