Friday: Hot Rod Hula Hop
Of all the festivals that you should go to simply to just try it out, Hot Rod Hula Hop might be it. The festival mashes together vintage hot rod cars and Polynesian culture to raise money for charity. The pairing doesn’t make sense, but that’s okay. Columbus loves its festivals so Columbus will support the cause regardless. Friday there will be a luau dinner along with music and bands fittingly at the Grass Skirt Tiki Room. Saturday is when the Hod Rod part of the name come in with a hot rod, motorcycle and scooter show. Yeah, scooters.
