Kevin James stand-up at the Palace Theatre
Kevin James is slated to be at the Palace Theatre Friday at 8 p.m. for a revival of his stand-up career in the wake of TV and movie success. Known for his role in “King of Queens” and movies like “Hitch” and “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry,” he has become synonymous with a funny, large comic (and at times a bit dopey) that doesn’t take life all too seriously. But for his Columbus appearance, James is heading back to his roots when he started off as a stand-up comedian.
