Lottery sales higher than ever

Thanks to the wonders of video slot machines, Ohio’s lottery sales were at a record high at $3.2 billion for the 2014 fiscal year. That number is millions higher than the year before, and with the new profit, $904.3 million of the customer payouts went back toward education in K-12, according to the Dispatch.
