Man charged with failing to disclose HIV status to girlfriend learns his fate
Kevin Groce admits that he didn’t tell his girlfriend about his HIV+ status when the two of them engaged in unprotected sex. In August, he entered a guilty plea to charges of felonious assault. Today, Groce learned his sentence. He had faced a possible eight years in prison. Instead…the judge handed down five years probation. And no…the woman that he risked infecting was NOT happy about it!
