Man missing, in need of oxygen

Tuesday evening was the last night Jeffrey S. Blackburn was seen in Columbus, according to police. Authorities said that he is in a wheel chair and also requires oxygen. Blackburn was described as 43-year-old, white man with red hair. He is 6’5″.
