Columbus isn’t taking it easy on companies that don’t follow through on creating jobs that they promise. Monday, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority either changed or took away incentives for 105 companies, which isn’t exactly the norm, and the city is attempting keep a keen eye on compliance. “I think it’s important for people to understand: No one gets a tax credit unless you create those jobs,” David Goodman, the agency’s director said, according to the Dispatch.
