The economy is starting toward the upswing, but residences in Ohio are still “seriously under water” according to a report by RealtyTrak. Half a million (just over a quarter of the properties) are drowning in loans at 125 percent more than the value of the home. In Franklin County, 82,028 homes are in the perilous category RealtyTrak calls “most distressed.”
