OSU grad struck, killed while crossing street

OSU grad Ryan Marcia, 24, was struck early Sunday morning while crossing Summit Street. He was taken to the Wexner Medical Center and died later that day around 10:18 p.m. Sunday. He was hit by a 25-year-old driver near 18th Avenue, according to police.
