Panera opens store solely for catering

Opening behind the Bethel Road Panera will be another Panera. Seems pretty useless (especially considering customers will likely never be in the second Panera), but this store is taking over all the catering for seven different Paneras in the area. The main purpose is to free up the customer-serving restaurants so they won’t have to deal with the catering aspect of the business. Having this store dedicated solely to catering will also allow Panera to do more catering than it was before.
