Police officer and 4 others injured after crash in North Columbus

A Columbus police officer and four people were injured this morning after a police cruiser and another vehicle crashed in the intersection of East Cooke and Maize Rd. The police officer was taken to Grant Medical Center and the four injured were taken to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. All are listed as being in stable condition.

The intersection had been closed in all directions, but has been reopened.
