Poolside accident: Toddler pulled from pool dies

After a frantic, 30 minute search for a missing 2-year-old on Thursday, the boy was found in a backyard pool. According to police, someone pulled him out and took him to a nearby firestation where he was then taken to Mt. Carmel West Hospital for treatment, but was pronounced dead at the hospital. The toddler, Jantis R. Canterberry, was was being taken care of by two teenagers at the time and according to police they don’t believe charges will be made although it is still early.
